To be supplied with the following work carried out:-

Complete disassembly, cleaning/servicing, check all parts, repair/replace where necessary

Strip both rolls down, pressure test and send away for grind/polish

Re-assemble, clean/paint

Supply and fit NEW power fail safe pneumatic disc between motor/gearbox

Supply and fit LVDT to each roll with digital nip position indication via HMI

Fabricate and fit NEW dual acting safety bars to front and rear compliant with CE

Design and build NEW 200kW AC Inverter (VFD) Drive panel for variable speed control

Design and build NEW operator control system with Siemens S7-1200 PLC and HMI (Start/stop, speed control, nip operation, nip position indication, safety circuits, Alarms, brake test monitoring)

New field wiring, fully tested and CE marked with risk assessment and operator guide.

Supply/fit refurbished hydraulically operated stockblender (CE Marked) and integrated with safety/control system
